The location was great as everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. We were pleased to find a spacious room with a kitchen upon arrival. - Maceo Park, just 2 miles away, was a nice addition to the venue.

$4.99 for wifi what a rip off. We have stayed at 11 different motels/hotels on this trip round the USA and Homestead Suites is the only one that wanted paid for Wifi. The furniture and fittings although clean were very tatty. Even the TV would not stay tuned in when you were watching. We stayed at the Marriot the night before for $10 more and it was a different world and a cooked breakfast was included. Charlie Forsyth Room 278 13/01/2011

The spot is close to downtown and the airport, making it easy to get around. Checked out Le Bar for a couple of drinks, just a short distance away from here – definitely worth a visit!

Housekiping very poor, even you ask for it at the front desk and they charge it, I had to do it by my self.... bad experience

Friendly and pretty clean. The location was great for me because it was close to my mom's house and I had a handicap for her to be able to stay with me.

None of the housekeeping speak english but that also goes for half of the people living in miami, but they understand hand movements and some english and they'll give you what ever you need as well as try to help u to the best of there knowledge.

.You have to pay a toll whenever you leave to go to south beach so that sucks and parking is ridiculous but the hotel was decent you get your moneys worth.

The hotel staff was very friendly and they really speak english, I was very scared that they would only speak spanish, like in some reviews I have read! The room which I had was clean and smelled good.

I only missed a swimming pool, but before booking, I already knew that there was/is no swimming pool...but a swimming pool, would really be nice, a final touch for the hotel, where their guests could even more enjoy their stay at the hotel.

The team here was super friendly every time we talked to them 😊.

The hotel is substandard for the price. Room was not made up during entire stay. They said it was their policy only to clean the room when you leave! The Hampton Inn, a few blocks away, offers much better service, daily cleaning, free breakfast and free Internet for about the same room rate. Based on this experience I will avoid the Homestead Inns. Is this one reflective of your general policy or is this one just badly managed?

Getting a Hearing Accessible room with two single beds and a kitchen here was easy, which is great.

The breakfast options were excellent, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable with a nice bathroom, microwave, fridge, and seating area in the room.

The location and general state of the room were acceptable.

There was no mirror in the bathroom, had to shave with a glass in front of the door on the closet in the living room. When brought to the attention of management, they were indifferent and seemed to act as if it was normal. The cleanliness of the room was "ok", it had a layer of dust as if not used in quite some time, but generally clean. The kitchen utensils had to be washed before use. Drain in the bathroom had issues and was unable to take a shower for more than few minutes.
